Fish Prince

 There is a very old saying that a king and queen lived in a very distant kingdom. Who had all the blessings of the world except the children, and the queen prayed every day only for the children. One day a variety of fish was brought to the royal kitchen. One of the fish looked very beautiful and shiny. The cook was very happy to see this fish because he had never seen such a fish before today.


Then suddenly the fish began to speak, O merciful heart, have mercy on my soul. The cook was very surprised to see the talking fish, and said, "Can you say that?" Hearing this fish, the cook started thinking why not give this fish as a gift to the queen instead of cooking it. And maybe the queen will reward me for it.


The cook immediately took a fish port, put the talking fish in it and took it to the queen. When the queen saw the talking fish, she was very surprised and happy. And happily gave the cook a lot of rewards in return for this beautiful gift. Then the queen began to spend most of her time with this talking fish. One day while talking to Queen Fish, I wanted to have a child from the beginning but now I am happy and you are my child from today and I have your name, Fish Prince!


When word of this spread throughout the kingdom, everyone was amazed to see the queen's adopted son. But no one could say anything. Then one day when the queen woke up from her bed she saw that the fish prince was much bigger than his port. He immediately told his maids to build a big port. But after a few days, the fish prince was much bigger than this port. Then a big tank was built in the royal garden for the fish prince. The fish prince was very happy to see his new home.


But one day the queen realized that there was no movement in the water, so the queen realized that the fish prince was very disappointed. So the queen asked, "O my prince son, why are you so sad? Don't you like this tank of yours?" So the fish prince said! Amy John is not like that. Actually I want to have a wife too because I am tired of being alone.


The queen was surprised but she loved her son the fish prince very much, so the queen said in her kingdom that whoever would bring his daughter as the fish prince's wife I would give him a big reward. But finding a wife for a fish prince was not so easy. The Queen's soldiers would take the Queen's gaze to anyone who would refuse the Queen's gaze. Because everyone thought that the prince needed fish for his wife's house
On the third day, the minister passed by a house where a greedy woman lived with her stepdaughter. When the minister mentioned the queen's gaze to this greedy lady, she immediately agreed and said that if you bring me the royal gaze tomorrow, I will give you my stepdaughter's hand. The minister was very happy and thanked the lady and left.


When the greedy woman told her stepdaughter Alia about the deal, she started crying. And she said, "Mother, don't do that. That fish, Prince, will eat me." The greedy woman said, "I don't care. I need the money, not yours." Now go to the river and wash your clothes. Because I want you to look beautiful when they come to pick you up tomorrow.


Alia took her clothes and walked towards the river crying, and even after going to the river she kept crying for a long time. Hearing her crying voice, her friend Nag came out. When Nag asked her why she was crying, Alia told Nag the whole matter. "I know the whole thing, don't cry," said Nag. And take the three pebbles that you see outside my house with you. When the fish prince starts approaching you, the first stone to hit him will go down into the tank. Then when they come to you again, you shall strike him with another stone. He will then go down into the tank. And when he came near you for the third time, you struck him with the third stone. As soon as you hit the third stone, that fish prince will turn into a beautiful prince.

So Alia said happily! So one does not mean that fish. Then the snake told him that he was the son of a king and that his brother and sister-in-law had cast a spell on him, which turned him into a fish. If you obey me, she will turn from a fish into a handsome young man. Alia thanked Nag and left happily.
The next day, Alia went to the royal palace with the minister. She was very happy to see the queen and said that I am sure that you will be a good wife for my son the fish prince. Alia was then sent to a room in the fish tank and everyone stood to watch the fish prince come to the surface and eat the girl. But it did not happen. The fish prince remained locked in his room in the tank. Everyone would wait and go back and it was night.


In the middle of the night, when the locusts were still, a strong wind began to blow and waves began to form in the water. Alia was terrified to see all this. Then he saw a big fish coming towards him with its mouth open. Alia cut the cup and threw the first stone towards the fish which went into the mouth of Syeda fish. The fish immediately sank. But then, two or three minutes later, he was back on the surface. Then Alia threw another stone which would burn on the forehead of the prince. The fish prince then went to the bottom of the tank. And for a while he did not come to the surface, but when he came to the surface, he started moving towards Alia in anger. Alia, in a panic, threw the third stone, which only touched the fish prince.


This time the fish prince did not drown but he turned into a handsome young man. After returning to his original condition, the young man thanked Alia and said, "We don't need to stay in this tank anymore. Let's enjoy the sun and the wind." As the day wore on, he took Alia's hand and walked over to the queen. Then the young prince told the whole story to the queen. The queen was very happy to hear the whole story and hugged him happily. Then the queen said, "I don't care if you were a fish then you were my son and you are still my son."


The prince thanked the queen and said, "Thank you, Amy John!" Thank you for everything you did for me. Then the king and queen embraced both of them and arranged a big wedding which was attended by many princes and princesses. Then both Alia and the prince began to live happily in their kingdom.

مچھلی شہزادہ

 ایک بہت ہی پورانے وقت کی بات ہے کہ ایک بہت ہی دور سلطنت میں ایک بادشاہ اور ملکہ رہتے تھے۔ جن کے پاس دنیا جہان کی سب نعمتیں تھیں سواۓ اولاد کے، اور ملکہ ہر دن صرف اولاد کے لیے دعا کرتی۔ ایک روز شاہی باورچی خانہ میں مختلف طرح کی مچھلیاں لائیں گئیں۔ ان میں سے ایک مچھلی انتہائی خوبصورت اور چمکیلی نظر آرہی تھی۔ باورچی اس مچھلی کو دیکھ کر بہت خوش ہوا کیونکہ اس نے آج سے پہلے ایسی مچھلی کہیں نہیں دیکھی تھی۔

پھر اچانک سے وہ مچھلی بولنے لگی، اے رحم دل جناب میری جان پر رحم کھائیں۔ باورچی بولتی مچھلی کو دیکھ کر بہت حیران ہوا، اور بولا یہ کیا تم تو بول بھی سکتے ہو؟ مچھلی کی یہ بات سن کر باورچی سوچنے لگا کہ کیوں نہ میں یہ مچھلی پکانے کی بجاۓ ملکہ کو تحفہ میں دے دوں۔ اور ہوسکتا ہے ملکہ اس کے بدلے مجھے انعام بھی دے۔

باورچی نے فوری ایک فش پورٹ لیا اس میں بولنے والی مچھلی کو ڈالا اور اسے ملکہ کے پاس لے گیا۔ جب ملکہ نے بولتی ہوئی مچھلی کو دیکھا تو بہت حیران اور خوش بھی ہوئی۔ اور خوشی میں باورچی کو اس خوبصورت تحفہ کے بدلے میں ڈھیر سارا انعام دیا۔ پھر ملکہ اپنا زیادہ وقت اسی بولنے والی مچھلی کے ساتھ گزارنے لگی۔ ایک روز ملکہ مچھلی سے گفتگو کرتے ہوۓ بولی کے مجھے شروع سے ہی ایک اولاد کی خواہش تھی لیکن اب میں خوش ہوں اور تم ہی آج سے میری اولاد ہو اور میں تمہارا نام رکھتی ہوں، مچھلی شہزادہ!۔

سلطنت میں جب یہ بات پھیلی تو سب لوگ ملکہ کے گود لیے بیٹے کو دیکھ کر بہت حیران تھے۔ لیکن کوئی بھی کچھ کہہ نہیں سکتا تھا۔ پھر ایک روز ملکہ جب اپنے بستر سے سو کر اٹھی تو اس نے دیکھا کہ مچھلی شہزادہ اپنے پورٹ سے کافی بڑا ہوگیا ہے۔اس نے فوری اپنی کنیزوں کو کہہ کر ایک بڑا پورٹ تعمیر کروایا۔ لیکن کچھ دن گزرنے کے بعد مچھلی شہزادہ اس پورٹ سے بھی کافی بڑا ہوگیا تھا۔ پھر مچھلی شہزادہ کے لیے شاہی باغ میں ایک بڑا سا ٹینک بنوایا گیا۔ مچھلی شہزادہ اپنے نۓ گھر کو دیکھ کر بہت خوش تھا۔ 

مگر ایک دن ملکہ نے محسوس کیا کے پانی میں کسی طرح کی کوئی ہل چل نہیں ہے تو ملکہ نے محسوس کیا کے مچھلی شہزاد بہت مایوس ہے۔ تو ملکہ نے پوچھا اے میرے شہزادے بیٹے کیا بات ہے کیوں اتنے اداس ہو کیا تمہیں اپنا یہ ٹینک پسند نہیں آرہا؟ تو مچھلی شہزادہ نے کہا! امی جان ایسی بات نہیں ہے۔ دراصل میں چاہتا ہوں میری بھی کوئی بیوی ہو کیونکہ میں اکیلا رہ رہ کر تنگ آگیا ہوں۔

اس پر ملکہ حیران تو ہوئی لیکن وہ اپنے بیٹے مچھلی شہزادے سے بہت پیار کرتی تھی، اس لیے ملکہ نے اپنی سلطنت میں کہا جو شخص اپنی بیٹی مچھلی شہزادے کی بیوی کے طور پر لاکر دے گا میں اسے بہت بڑا انعام دوں گی۔ پر مچھلی شہزادے کے لیے بیوی تلاشنہ اتنا آسان نہ تھا۔ ملکہ کے سپاہی جس کسی کے پاس ملکہ کا یہ نظرانہ لے کر جاتے وہ ملکہ کے اس نظرانے سے انکار کر دیتے۔ کیونکہ سب لوگ یہ سمجھتے تھے کہ مچھلی شہزادے کو بیوی خانے کے لیے چاہیے

تیسرے روز وزیر کا گزر ایک ایسے گھر سے ہوا جہاں ایک لالچی خاتوں اپنی سوتیلی بیٹی کے ساتھ رہا کرتی تھی۔ جب وزیر نے ملکہ کے نظرانے کا ذکر اس لالچی خاتون سے کیا تو فوری رضامند ہوگئی اور کہا تم کل میرے لیے شاہی نظرانہ لے کر آنا میں تمہیں اپنی سوتیلی بیٹی کا ہاتھ دے دوں گی۔ وزیر بلآخر بہت خوش ہوا اور اس خاتون کا شکریہ ادا کیا اور وہاں سے چلاگیا۔

جب لالچی خاتون نے اس سودے کے بارے میں اپنی سوتیلی بیٹی عالیہ کو بتایا تو وہ رونے لگی۔ اور کہنے لگی امی ایسا مت کرو وہ مچھلی شہزادہ مجھے کھا جائیں گا۔ اس پر لالچی عورت نے کہا مجھے اس بات کی پرواہ نہیں ہے مجھے پیسوں کی ضرورت ہے تمہاری نہیں۔ اب تم جاؤ ندی پر اور اپنے کپڑے دھو کر لاؤ۔ کیونکہ میں چاہتی ہوں کل جب وہ تمہیں لینے آئیں تو تم خوبصورت لگو۔

عالیہ نے کپڑے لیے اور روتے ہوۓ ندی کی طرف چل پڑی، اور ندی پر جاکر بھی وہ کافی دیر تک روتی رہی۔ اس کی روتے ہوۓ آواز سن کر اس کا دوست ناگ باہر آگیا۔ ناگ نے اس سے رونے کی وجہ پوچھی تو عالیہ نے سارا معاملہ ناگ کو بتایا۔ ناگ نے کہا مجھے اس سارے معاملہ کا علم ہے تم مت رو۔ اور ایسا کرو میرے گھر کے باہر جو تمہیں تین سنگریزے نظر آرہے ہیں انھیں اپنے ساتھ لے جانا۔ جب مچھلی شہزادہ تمھارے قریب آنے لگے تو پہلا سنگریزہ اسے مارنا تو وہ ٹینک میں نیچے چلا جاۓ گا۔ پھر جب وہ دوبارہ تمھارے پاس آنے لگے تو تم اسے دوسرا سنگریزہ مارنا۔ وہ پھر ٹینک میں نیچے چلا جائیں گا۔ اور جب وہ تیسری بار تمھارے قریب آنے لگے تو تم اسے تیسرا سنگریزہ مارنا۔ جیسے ہی تم تیسرا سنگریزہ مارو گی وہ مچھلی شہزادہ ایک خوبصورت شہزادہ میں تبدیل ہوجاۓ گا۔

تو عالیہ نے خوشی سے کہا! تو ایک اس کا مطلب وہ مچھلی نہیں ہے۔ پھر ناگ نے اسے بتایا کہ وہ ایک بادشاہ کا بیٹا ہے اور اس کے بھائی اور بھابیوں نے اس پر جادو کیا ہوا ہے جس کی وجہ سے وہ ایک مچھلی میں بدل گیا ہے۔ اگر تم میرے کہنے پر عمل کرو گی تو وہ مچھلی سے ایک خوبصورت نوجوان میں تبدیل ہوجائیں گا۔ عالیہ نے ناگ کا شکریہ ادا کیا اور خوشی سے وہاں سے چلے گئی۔

اگلے روز عالیہ وزیر کے ساتھ شاہی محل میں چلے گئی۔ ملکہ عالیہ کو دیکھ کر بہت خوش ہوئی اور کہا مجھے یقین ہے کہ تم میرے بیٹے مچھلی شہزادہ کے لیے عمدہ بیوی ثابت ہوگی۔ اس کے بعد عالیہ کو مچھلی ٹینک میں بنے کمرے میں بھیج دیا گیا اور سب لوگ یہ دیکھنے کے لیے کھڑے تھے کےمچھلی شہزادہ ابھی سطح پر آے گا اور اس لڑکی کو کھا جائیں گا۔ لیکن ایسا نہ ہوا مچھلی شہزادہ ٹینک میں اپنے کمرہ میں بند رہا سب لوگ انتظار کر کر کے واپس چلے گے اور رات ہوگئی۔

رات کے آدھے پہر جب ٹڈیاں ٹھر ٹھرا رہیں تھیں تب اچانک ایک تیز ہوا چلنے لگی اور پانی میں لہریں پیدا ہونے لگیں۔ عالیہ یہ سب دیکھ کر بہت خوفزدہ ہو رہی تھی۔ پھر اس نے دیکھا ایک بڑی سی مچھلی منہ کھلے ہوۓ اس کی طرف چلتی آرہی تھی۔ عالیہ نے کپ کپاتے ہوۓ پہلا سنگریزہ مچھلی کی طرف پھینکا جو سیدہ مچھلی کے منہ میں چلاگیا۔ جس سے مچھلی فوری ہی نیچے ڈوب گئی۔ پر پھر وہ دو تین منٹ کے بعد وہ پھر سے سطح پر آگیا۔ پھر عالیہ نے دوسرا سنگریزہ پھینکا جو سیدہ مچھلی شہزادہ کی پیشانی پر جالگا۔ جس سے مچھلی شہزادہ پھر ٹینک کی نیچلی تہہ میں چلا گیا۔ اور کچھ دیر سطح پر نہ آیا لیکن جب سطح پر آیا تو غصے میں تیزی کے ساتھ عالیہ کی طرف بڑھنے لگا۔ عالیہ نے گھبراہٹ میں تیسرا سنگریزہ پھینکا جو مچھلی شہزادے کو صرف ہلکا سا چھو کر گزر گیا۔

اس بار مچھلی شہزادہ پانی میں نہیں ڈوبا بلکہ وہ ایک خوبصورت نوجوان میں تبدیل ہوگیا۔ نوجوان اپنی اصل حالت میں آنے کے بعد عالیہ کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوے بولا کہ اب ہمیں اس ٹینک میں رہنے کی ضرورت نہیں ہے آؤ اب ہم دھوپ اور ہواؤں کا مزہ لیں۔ دن ہوتے ہی اس نے عالیہ کا ہاتھ تھامہ اور تو ملکہ کے پاس چلاگیا۔ پھر نوجوان شہزادہ نے ساری کہانی ملکہ کو بتائی۔ ملکہ ساری کہانی سن کر بہت خوش ہوئی اور خوشی سے اسے گلے لگالیا۔ پھر ملکہ نے کہا مجھے کوئی فرق نہیں پڑتا جب تم مچھلی تھے تب بھی میرے بیٹے تھے اور اب بھی میرے بیٹے ہو۔

اس پر شہزادہ نے ملکہ کا شکریہ ادا کیا اور کہا شکریہ امی جان! ہر چیز کا شکریہ جو آپ نے میرے لیے کیا۔ پھر بادشاہ اور ملکہ نے دونوں کو گلے لگایا اور ایک بڑی سی شادی کا انتظام کیا جس میں بہت سے شہزادوں اور شہزادیوں نے شرکت کی۔ پھر عالیہ اور شہزادہ دونوں اپنی سلطنت میں راضی خوشی رہنے لگے۔
